MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER (Konstruktor)

ZAMBA IP d.o.o. is a subsidiary of the US based ZAMBA Inc. ZAMBA deploys leading, patented technologies to improve health and wellness and reduce carbon footprint for use in HVAC equipment and building systems globally. As such, ZAMBA is expanding its R&D operations to Serbia.

We are building a team of dedicated professionals for our product development group.

What will you be working on:

Design, development, testing, prototyping of the HVAC product in collaboration with other multidisciplinary team members

Skills and experience you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant, demonstrable product development experience from prototyping to testing and producing documentation
• Full operational capabilities of using 3D modeling packages like Solidworks, AutoDesk Inventor or similar.
• Fluency in English language (both verbal and writing), sufficient for business communication and writing of reports and technical documentation.

Bonus points if you have:

• Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Working knowledge in fluid mechanics and thermodynamics.
• Knowledge of various manufacturing processes and materials (injection molding, plastic, EPP & EPS foams, aluminum extrusion, sheet-metal forming).
• Experience in selection of valves, pumps and fans for implementation in HVAC products and systems.
• Previous professional exposure to CFD modeling.
• Experience with operation of professional 3D printers.
